PERSON-CENTRED


My counselling approach is person-centred, integrative, and rooted in humanistic values. I believe that each person holds the capacity for healing and growth when met with empathy, authenticity, and a safe space to be truly heard. At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for your individual experience—I walk alongside you, rather than leading from in front.


INTEGRATED


An integrative approach to counselling means I draw from different therapeutic models and techniques to suit your unique needs, rather than sticking to just one way of working. We are all different, and what works for one person might not feel right for another—so this way of working allows for flexibility and personalisation.


MODALITIES

While the core of my work is person-centred, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor our sessions to what feels most supportive for you. This includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps us explore and understand the different “parts” of ourselves with curiosity and compassion; Solution-Focused Therapy, which highlights your strengths and supports you in building a way forward; and Gestalt techniques, which can bring awareness to the here-and-now experience and how it may connect to deeper patterns.
